Good for the Kids an online store for kid products has great prices but beware to wait and wait for your item to arrive.I told them last year I needed my item by Christmas but I guess I forgot to tell them Christmas of what year.

Again, this year I ordered merchandise on November 4, 2012 and told them it was a Christmas gift. Here it is December 13th and still nothing and still cannot track anything online as being shipped.

As the saying goes "They are slower than Christmas" fits with them.Great prices but but once they have your money it's snails pace.

Good for the Kids - Extremely Poor Customer Service-No Response to Emails!

I placed an order with "Good for the Kids" over 3 weeks ago.They charged my credit card, but I didn't hear anything about my order for 2 weeks.

At that point, I sent an email asking for a status update. No response. Several days later, I sent a second email asking for a status update. No response.

A couple of days later, I received an automated message saying that my package was being processed for shipping. It included the UPS tracking number so that I could see where it is. That was 5 days ago. I've been checking the tracking number periodically and each time, UPS says that they were notified that the package was being dropped off, but had not received it yet.

I just sent my 3rd email today. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service, no response to emails, no phone number listed on the website. It looks like it is a small home-based business.

I'm very sad to have to write this as I enjoy buying from small businesses. However, I will not use this company again. I'm very understanding about delays, back orders, etc.

but they don't even respond to emails....that's just poor business.

I placed an Internet order on Good for the Kids, received confirmation of my order which stated my order will be shipped within 5 days from date of order.After ten days I emailed - no response.

My third email was responded to stating my order would go out the following Monday, 15 days after my order confirmation. At no time did the owner tell me she cannot fulfill my full order. Upon receipt of one third or my order there was a receipt that stated 'back ordered. shipping asap' - no date, no apology, but my credit card was charged for the entire order.

After several more emails, I finally received a response.

This is the second time I've ordered from Good for the Kids and both times there was delay in fulfillment and numerous attempts were needed to contact the owner to find out where my order was.Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Good for the Kids again.

My apology for the delay in shipping and issues with your order.

I'm more than willing to work with customers who have had a bad experience by refunding shipping costs or shipping a 2nd replacement order if there was a problem on my end of the process.

I pride myself on my customer service as I am a one-person company that has been in business for nearly 5 years.
