I placed an order with "Good for the Kids" over 3 weeks ago.They charged my credit card, but I didn't hear anything about my order for 2 weeks.
At that point, I sent an email asking for a status update. No response. Several days later, I sent a second email asking for a status update. No response.
A couple of days later, I received an automated message saying that my package was being processed for shipping. It included the UPS tracking number so that I could see where it is. That was 5 days ago. I've been checking the tracking number periodically and each time, UPS says that they were notified that the package was being dropped off, but had not received it yet.
I just sent my 3rd email today. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service, no response to emails, no phone number listed on the website. It looks like it is a small home-based business.
I'm very sad to have to write this as I enjoy buying from small businesses. However, I will not use this company again. I'm very understanding about delays, back orders, etc.
but they don't even respond to emails....that's just poor business.
